Requirements for the beneficiary to obtain a contract to provide legal services when needed:
1- Obtaining a work visa or a visa entitling him to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
2- A copy of the employment contract.
3- A copy of the worker’s passport.
4- Register on the site as a beneficiary
5- He must not have a criminal record or have been deported from the country.
6- Approval of the terms and conditions of the document.
Note: The beneficiary of the service is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, otherwise the document will be considered invalid.
